‘YES, I CAN’ AWARDS

In recognition of the unique abilities of VNAIC employees, the Yes, I Can awards were designed by the Agency´s Employee Satisfaction Team to recognize well-deserving staff.

These awards are given to employees who exhibit exceptional practice of our customer service standards–Doing the Right Thing and Doing It Well. The Right Thing is providing service and care that is effective and appropriate, making sure we accomplish what we plan on, and that our actions meet or exceed the customer´s expectations. Doing the Right Thing Well means that we are available and that the services are timely and effective.

‘YES, I CAN’ FINALISTS:

Shirley Carreon, Office Services Assistant, Riverside Administration
Shirley always takes the time to help everyone with mail, an order, or an urgent situation. She takes fast action to solve a problem. Shirley always has a smile on her face.

Linda Chavous, RN Case Manager, Palm Desert Hospice
