VNAIC Leadership Award
The VNAIC Leadership Award recognizes employees in management positions who have contributed to the success of our Agency on a daily basis. These nominees demonstrate the following ideals in their work: they are committed to the VNAIC, its mission and values, they provide an atmosphere of motivation and support of employees and all customers, they have low staff turnover and high job satisfaction of staff who report to them, their service has high customer satisfaction and they have excellent outcomes for the services they provide. In addition, nominees for the Leadership Award will show successful financial performance in their office or department, will empower others, and mentor employees who will become future leaders.

Carla is committed to quality patient care and the leadership she provides makes sure that our hospice services are excellent. Her honest caring and ability to provide support to each staff member makes her the BEST. Carla understands the needs of both the patients and the staff.

Katy is always available to listen to those in need. Not only does she work with the Human Resource department, but she advises and counsels managers and employees through out the Agency. We all can depend on Katy’s support and caring presence.
