PHYSICAL THERAPIST AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Status: Full time/Part time/Per diem

Job Description:
Physical Therapist Assistant: Works under the direct supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist and under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager and Director of Home Health/Hospice to perform physical therapy procedures as assigned by the supervising Registered Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist:Works under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager and Director of Home Health/Hospice to provide physical therapy assessment and intervention or caregiver instruction for patients whose functional level is adversely affected by their medical condition.
