Occupational Therapist

Job Description:
Works under the direction of the Director/Manager of Home Health to provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention or caregiver instruction to patient whose Activity of Daily Living level is adversely affected by their medical condition. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Minimum of one year experience in the practice of occupational therapy, preferably in the acute hospital or rehabilitation setting.
