Job Description:
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Business Development, provides patient consultation and assistance, and education about the VNAIC and its home health and hospice services among managed care organizations, acute hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities and/or physicians as assigned and directed. Responsible for the development and maintenance of ongoing working relationships with other health care providers
