Job Description:
OT:Works under the direction of the Director of Home Health/Hospice to provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention or caregiver instruction to patient whose Activity of Daily Living level is adversely affected by their medical condition, or who lack knowledge in the areas of specialty of occupational therapy.

COTA:Works under the direct supervision of the Registered Occupational Therapist and under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager and Director of Home Health/Hospice to perform occupational therapy procedures as assigned by the supervising Registered Occupational
