Job Description:
Under the direction of the V.P., Clinical Operations, coordinates all aspects of the Home Health program to ensure comprehensive hme care to the patients served. Carries out the Agency’s Strategic Plan and functions in accordance with the Agency Mission, values and policies. Provides direct supervision of Home Health staff.
