Job Description:
RN:Works under the supervision of the Director of Home Health or Hospice to provide skilled nursing care to patients and to participate in the implementation of the Plan of Care and the ongoing assessment of the patients' progress toward meeting the treatment goals.

LVN: Under the supervision of the professional Registered Nurse and Director of Home Health or Hospice, assists in the care of the patient. Assumes such other responsibilities as may be delegated by the Registered Nurse and Director of Home Health or Hospice.
