Community Services

We provide a variety of services in the community such as blood pressure checks and other health screenings.

We are committed to serving the communities we work in. Blood Pressure and other health screenings are available for senior and community centers, service organizations and senior living centers. Availability for screenings is limited.

Check the Calendar of Events to learn of opportunities in your area, or, to discuss scheduling a health screening, call the VNA office closest to you and leave a message for the Community Liaison.
